Il pezzo era una citazione, non sono parole mie.
Probabilmente è ambiguo, ma io comunque avevo capito, come tu confermi, che il protocollo prevede che un brevetto possa essere presentato in *una* delle 3 lingue previste.
Ho letto diverse cose su cui vorrei commentare, ma non ne ho il tempo e fino a lunedì non ho accesso a Internet.
Tornerò a seguirvi fra qualche giorno.
