It might be an idea to remove the minus sign and the angry red colour from the disagrees and let disagrees simply cancel out agrees instead. Subtracting points from the confidence level isn't essential to the process of finding the most helpful answer (which doesn't necessarily have to be an absolutely correct one), and I think this is what some answerers find offensive. I don't think any asker would choose an answer without checking the agrees and disagrees, anyway. Neutral isn't necessary either, because you might as well post a discussion entry.
In short:
let agree and disagree stay
let neutral and subtraction and red go
let disagrees cancel out agrees
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Agree/Disagree is fine enough.
I think this is not about what words we are to use. This is about how often we are to use "disagree".
There are no clear criteria of judgments for all answers. Translation is not like a math formula, e.g. 2 + 2 = 4. Participants in Kudoz are professional translators, but not certified judges or editors of the "Kudoz dictionary". There are various "correct" answers for each question, and askers do not always choose answers that have many agrees. Answers might be correct for some and incorrect for others.
Many of us hesitate to make disagreements to our fellow translators. When an answer seems not appropriate, it is often left ignored. Maximum two disagrees are enough to bloody answerer's nose. As is mentioned above, "disagree" is shown in red with minus, which looks rather hurtful to an answerer. Disagree should not be too visible. Some of us might use "disagree" for clearly worng answers if it looks softer. I do not prefer using it anyway.
It would be nice if there is a larger discussion textbox for each answer so that everyone can make more detailed discussion freely, not simply agree or disagree with an answer.

"Agree/Disagree" is definitely more suitable than "Correct/Wrong". There is no reason to change this, IMO.
There's also no reason to get rid of "neutral" or to merge "disagree" and "neutral".
Just leave these as is, please.

I do not support the change offered.
Respectively, I disagree.
But can I say that the opinion in question is 'wrong'?

The system works very well as is. Although expressing a "disagree" in "neutral" form may be less offensive and often more appropriate, all three responses are legitimate and have a good reason to exist.
Don't see any reason to change.
I also think that the "disagrees" are a good deterrent for point hunters and make people think twice or double check before they post answers. They should stay.
FWIW.

IMO we should keep agree/disagree because
1) it's quite relative so one can just agree or disagree;
2) some possible semantic errors/ omissions etc can distort the true answer;
3) IMO one can't know it for 100%, maximum 99.(99);
The only problem one might have is when he has put his 'Agree' and then comes a better answer)
