I received an e-mail from the Proz. staff yesterday that the asker has chosen my answer as most helpful and I have been awarded 4 points for the same, yet these points don't stand reflected in my profile. I am reproducing a copy of the same for ready reference:

Your KudoZ answer was chosen as most helpful.
Points earned: 4
Term asked: NipCha
Asker comment:
That's great, thank you!

The asker did not enter a term into the glossary.
To enter it for others' benefit, go to:
http://www.proz.com/glossary/579636?gloss=y&login=y
(10 browniz are awarded for entering terms.)

Interestingly, the question is displayed as having been graded (yellow sign of grading appears on this question in the list of whole questions of English-HIndi combination in Easy Category). The question is available at http://www.proz.com/kudoz/579636 It appears to be some technical problem and needs to be sorted.

I'll be thankful if something is done to help me in attaining the credit given to me by the asker for my efforts.

Try this Nov 28, 2003

That happens frequently because it takes time for the system to count the points. However, if you click on BrowniZ under you name, and then once on the BrowniZ page you refresh the page, notice that your points have been added up in the KudoZ (and BrowniZ) in your Member Info window.

I have been around for more than an year now. The tip mentioned by you is not working either and it appears there is some sort of technical problem.

Hi.
The reason why your posting was cut off was the use of the "greater than" and "smaller than" signs (which are also used in the forum code).

Here's the complete text:

The question appears to be ungraded in the system - I suggest you submit a support request.

Best regards, Ralf

I have successfully retrieved my lost text by means of removing the above signs from the same.

that this question has been asked in a number of languages. I would like to inform that I have already got Kudoz in respect of my reply in English-Panjabi pair, as mentioned by you but I am specifically talking about my answer in English-Hindi pair. You may judge the entire issue by having a close look on my initial posting above.

Best wishes
