Why "Comment on this answer" is not visible under my own answers?

I am a new user and still learning some function. But I can't understand why, whenever I answer a question, it appears with a "You may add a note" box along with an "Add" button, whereas all other user's answer show the ""Comment on this answer" box with an "Agree" dropdown menu.

Hi

What you see is not what the others see. It would not be logic to agree with your own answer (nor honest or allowed), but you can agree with others'. Others see under your answer the option to agree with you.
