It happened to me too these days, a couple of times.
Quite frustrating, as I am paying to access the glossaries without restrictions!

I just removed the load limitation for the ksearch Nov 16, 2006

Hi Russell,

I went ahead and removed the webserver load limitation for the ksearch. I'll be watching the ksearch performance, so if there is a problem I will address it as soon as possible.
