They were offering free tickets and some of the seminars sound quite interesting. It seems like quite a big event. http://www.thelanguageshow.co.uk/page.cfm/Link=53/t=m/goSection=5 I was just wondering whether anyone had attended any previous events and had any thoughts or feedback which may be useful (before I spend out on transport to get to London). Yes, I did sign up Sep 28, 2011 for their email updates quite a few months ago, but I've never really received any as far as I remember and so completely forgot about this event. Having said that, it does look very interesting (even EU representatives/linguists will be there!) and I do hope I will be able to make it PS: free tickets? I only see free seminars advertised on their website.
