No kite flying this year ! Aug 16, 2004

Keep enjoying kites and ceremonies and just let your devotion turn towards welfare of our country and society.

well This time kite flying was prohibited in Delhi due to security reasons !!
so for the first time in over twenty years I didnt see kites flying on independence day !!
how things change !
