What a news! Jun 20, 2005

I am really sad to learn that!
They will acquire Trados and suffocate its products in very few years in favor of SDLX.
I am saying that because SDLX is not a friendly tool with Arabic and have various bidi issues that werenot solved untill this moment although they claim it is 100% compatibale with Arabic, which is not "true".

I agree. I also don't like SDLX very much because I had some very serious problems with it some months ago, when I could not export an already finished large job due to a bug. Since then I haven't been using it anymore.

But in any way there will be less TM systems for us translators to choose from and that's really bad news because the choice is not overwhelming.
