Vai pastāv kādi konkrēti noteikumi?
Piemēram, latviešu uzvārdos kas beidzās ar -skis; -ska, kā būtu pareizi jāatveido: -скис/-ска vai -ский/-ская?
Atveidojot personvārdus no krievu uz latviešu viss ir skaidrs - ir izstrādāti speciāli noteikumi; bet kā ir šajā gadījumā?
