There is no organisation/association that regulates translators in Latvia. Having said that, there is an association for translators and interpreters, but as far as I can tell it serves more of a social/educational function - and there are no membership criteria as such. www.ltta.lv
p.s. There is also an association for literary translators, but unfortunately I have no idea as to whether there is a web site.
