We, the latins... Aug 19, 2004

I´ve seen this cartoon before and I always thought you could put the Portuguese flag instead of the Italian one. The accuracy would be kept, so i guess it must be a latin thing

Thank you so much, Norbert! Aug 19, 2004

How true is this all! I have lived in Italy since many years and often put to myself the same question...

I loved the coffee part the most Aug 19, 2004

It's so very true! When I went to Italy I already had the language barrier and then I didn't know how to ask for a "simple coffee" the way I do in Portugal.

The whole movie was very funny!

It seems that there's a little bit of Bruno's Italian, and a little bit of his European Aug 19, 2004

in lots of our countries. I guess Georgia is "Italian" in many Bruno-ways (speaking affectionately of both) - it's interesting how there are many cultural similarities that seem to run like a thread stretching from the eastern shores of the Black Sea to the pillars of Hercules.

Thanks for making me laugh so much Norbert (and Bruno)

Agree, except for the coffee Aug 19, 2004

Precisely in an EU office in Brussels, I saw a sign, "how can you expect a European Union when every country thinks its way of making coffee is the best?"

You are not alone!!! Aug 25, 2004

Really funny. I see it for the first time, but some how i got the deja-vu feeling while watching it. I live in Romania and come from Macedonia and I can definitely say that these two countries can be added to the list of countries whose flag can be put in the place of the Italian.

Dear Italians and all the others alike do not change)) that is what makes you special ::)))

Best to all of you
Alexandra

Well, they look like.... May 17, 2005

Having spent 14 years in Germany, 7 years in Latin America and being in Asia for 5 years, I would say, hmm... the Italians look like some Chinese people on both side of the Taiwan Strait.

How can you expect those people becoming European? Honestly, I can never think aloud: Ich bin stolz, ein Europäer geworden zu sein.

experience Italy, a lovely place Jul 21, 2005

I adore Italy and Italians. Especially in Sicily.
Although some Italians believe this grand island is abroad...

As for the film, I loved the coffee bit.
