Is it true that native English language speakers have problems with the "a" - "an" differentiation?! What if I am to say that... I am "a professional e-journalist"? Well, as a matter of fact, I AM, but... what about the adjective and the "e-" before "journalist"?
Only the noun counts here or also the determining adjective and/or... the preceding prefix, as is the case of "e-" from "electronic" / virtual"?

I hope this is clear enough.
