Does anyone have "Tongue Set Free" by Elias Canetti?

Does anyone out there have the book Tongue Set Free" by the Nobel Prize laureate Elias Canetti? I am looking for the official English translation of a quote on pages 8 and 9 describing the city in which he was born.
It is available through Amazon but would take anywhere from 7-15 days to be sent to Germany and the text has to be back to the customer in 7...
