I was working on my translation memory for a project in the university when all of a sudden the following error appears: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/840/erroryyp.jpg/
Can someone please explain me what to do in order to continue with my important work.

I think that in this situation your best bet is to email Kilgray's support people at support@kilgray.com. This does not look familiar at all.
