Our Major customer will migrate to MemoQ in 2012, for this, we test the memoQ, We find MemoQ support Chinese not well. When you change settings such as font settings, Chinese charaters become rogue code. This is very strange.
Also another problerm occurs during creating the project. when we try to open a project, the following messages displayed, and translaiton view could not be opened.

We could use other CAT solutions to process the memoq XLF files. but we prefer use memoq as required by our customer. Is there any way out? Thanks

Hi Wenju,
This seems fortunately easy: go to Tools/Options/Appearance, and set up the Chinese font there. Probably the default font is not installed with you, so you need to change it.

Thank you kindly reply. changing font do not work. We found only solution is to delete the profiles in the following directory. C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application Data\MemoQ. We have send the problem to our customer, wish there is a permanert solution.
