Dear all, I have no experience concerning methods of payment or receiving through Moneybookers and other facilities. so, the question is, "how can I establish an account in Moneybookers and what steps or conditions involved in this process. Thank you for your help.

It's not complicated: There's just a few simple steps.
Then, click on 'register.' (On payapal, it's "Sign Up") There should be a link right on the front page.
After you do that, just follow the prompts.

For opening their accounts, simply follow their online procedures.
The trouble will start later: You cannot know when they will freeze your account, nor how much time it will take them to answer your support requests, nor whether you will get any reasonable answer at all.

So to avoid any trouble you will have to withdraw your money as soon as it will arrive, and you should not accept any payments which could pose a problem when being frozen.
