The number of clients I work with is starting to become too great for me to keep track of easily "by hand," especially when it comes to invoicing. So, I'm interested in acquiring some bookeeping software to automate and simplify billing and keep me better organized. Could my colleagues give me some advice?

Thank you!

If you browse the fora, you'll find many translators that swear by it, iincluding myself. It's been one of the soundest investments I've made, not just for book-keeping tasks, but also to manage my workflow.

I use Microsoft Accounting 2008 and am very satisfied.
I suggest you try the trial version.

TO3000 without a doubt Nov 24, 2008

You may find something else that's more your 'style', but after doing trial runs on most of the reasonable size/price programs out there, and even shelling out a few shekels to have someone 'custom design' a simplistic program for me in Microsoft Access that turned out to be really inflexible, I went back to TO3000 and couldn't recommend it more highly.
