I\'m not sure, these just what I think I know.

Western Union ( my favorite )

Reliability = 99.9 %

Speed = less than 1 hour

Cost = agency pays $US22

translator pays $US0

Bank transfer

Reliability = 99.9%

Speed= I don\'t know but quicker than draft

Cost = agency pays $US24

translator pays $US0 ( maybe )

Bank draft ( agency usually like this way )

Reliability = 99%

Speed = 1- 2 month

Cost = agency pays $US6

translator pays $US20

Bank note in the envelop ( my favourite if money is less than $US30 )

* Cautiion : don\'t tell the postman

Reliability = maybe low but I \'ll going to try this out

Cost= agency pays $US2 ( for its stamps ^^)

translator pays --- maybe all of his money to the postman.

Paypal < lot of pp like this but I don\'t have credit card > Find its detail in other postings.

Good bye

Another alternative: To buy a creditcard reader, like the one restaurants and shops use. The unit costs about $400, but then there will be no more costs (maybe a small transfer fee from your bank).

You mail a credit-card form to your client, who fill in his/her creditcard details and fax it back to you. You enter the card number on the machine - and get your money on your bank account a couple of days later.

Interested in credit card reader! Nov 6, 2002

Hi Hans-Bertil,

I\'d be really interested in buying a credit card reader - do you know where I can get those? At a specialty store? I\'m based in Germany...

Thanks.
