I still can\'t bid after paying via PayPal !!!

For bidding, I paid a fee using paypal yesterday and still can not bid. I also sent a support request form, but have no response from proz.com... Can somebody here have any idea of what is wrong with this and know how long I have to wait until I am able to start bidding?

The bidding problem was solved. Now there is a balance in my account.
