This is the 2nd project with them! Jan 10

The 1st project I got paid although it was late like month.

But for this its taking too long, they said they don't pay via PayPal while they paid me by PayPal for the 1st project. So they asked me for the bank account I gave them my bank account and every thing they wanted.

Few weeks later they raised up with NDA issue so this is real confusing me, as I already wrote on their Blue Board claiming about my payments I am scared if I will sign NDA they will not pay me at all for some reasons from NDA form for bleaching their company!

Thanks all for your advices, it real helps!

They clearly do not have the money Jan 10

They are using all sort of excuses not to pay.

In my opinion, they simply do not want to pay, or they would have already.

My conclusion after my experiences with companies from that region: as soon as you find out they are from China or India, run for your peace of mind!

Blanket statement? Jan 10

Well, maybe not China. I work with two good companies from Taiwan and Hong Kong, and they pay well and on time. India...yeah, I wouldn't know about that.

Secila, you're in a dilemma. If you don't sign the NDA, they'll use it as an excuse not to pay. If you do sign the NDA, they might use it as an excuse not to pay. Or they might pay (don't hold your breath). The ball is in your court.

Nothing to lose at this stage Jan 10

One option is that they're not too happy about the poor BB score you've given them and are requesting that you sign the NDA so that they can point to your disclosure as a reason for not paying you (they're clutching at straws), the hope is that who actually committed the first misdemeanour will be consigned to history and their name will eventually be cleared. I think we've established that they are unlikely to have recourse to any form of jurisdiction in Tanzania, so worst case scenario you won't get paid if you sign the NDA. HOWEVER, if you don't sign it (and don't appear to be playing ball) you will definitely have lost your smidgen of a chance of getting paid.
