Congratulations on retaining your good relationship with this agency. They sound like a really good client, though I'm sure you'll continue to actively seek other good ones to reduce the risk in future. Hopefully, they will now recover and pay you in full.
It's so nice to hear that you have (so far, at least) managed to sort this out without resorting to a slanging match. It's so common nowadays for companies to have short-term financial cash-flow crises that I think we have to be flexible with the good clients. Having said that, we should still refuse free credit to those that won't, rather than can't, pay.
