Hello everybody!

I am a newbie as well, and I have a question. I moved to London a couple years ago, and even though I have a part-time job here, I'm sill working for some of my Spanish clients. I've recently decided I'd like to work for UK clients as well, but I am at a loss regarding rates.

- I have over 5 years experience working with agencies and pharmaceutical companies in Spain.

Any idea how much I should charge per word? Is there anywhere I can find this out?

What to charge in the UK Nov 1, 2005

A good rule of the thumb, nothing is written in stone in this job, is maybe charge your euro rate but in sterling, i.e. 10 centimos per word in Spain 10p in the UK.
