How do I charge work in InDesign?

I have been offered to do a translation of 20-30 pages plus layout in InDesign.

I don't have a problem with translation rate, but I have never charged for a layout before. I have been doing quite a lot of layouts at my full-time job, so this won't be a problem for me. Should I charge per hour?

Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Ingrid
