Hi,
I was living in Japan and using both PayPal and Moneybookers. Now I am living in Bangladesh and PayPal does not support money withdrawal in Bangladesh. On the other hand, many of my US clients use only PayPal.

Can I transfer my PayPal balance to my Moneybookers account? Is there any other way to withdraw money regularly from my PayPal account while I am living in Bangladesh? Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Hi,
I am living in Bangladesh and PayPal does not support money withdrawal in Bangladesh. But one of my relative live in USA, and he has a paypal account.

Can he transfer his PayPal balance to my Moneybookers account? Is there any other way to withdraw money regularly from his PayPal account while I am living in Bangladesh? Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
