Hello, colleagues,
Does anybody in Ukraine have any experience with Moneybookers? Specifically I am interested in following: 1) what are REAL ways to withdraw money (in Kyiv) 2) what is the percentage of losses? 3) comparison with payment by cheque
If anybody can offer any help, thanks very much in advance.

You should have asked your questions at `Ukrainian' or `Russian' fora, I believe, but anyway:
No Moneybookers (not mentioning PayPal) in Ukraine. Moneybookers operate in Russia, but Ukraine is still in their `non-friendly countries' list.
1) Real ways are via Western Union or by bank check.
2) At Western Union, the transfer expenses depend on the sum, and you may find the brochures with the table of fees at almost any bank with WU's logo.
