Hi, I've been applying a tax (ritenuta d'acconto) on my translations of 20% on 75% of the total net amount, based on a tax law regarding published printed material.
This is the law: "In base alla lettera B del terzo comma dell'art. 49 D.P.R. 29.09.73 n.597 e primo comma dell'art. 25 DPR 29.03.73 n.600 la somma lorda è soggetta alla ritenuta alla fonte del 20% da calcolarsi sul 75% di essa e non è soggetta ad IVA (lettera A art.3 del DPR 29.09.72 n. 633)"
Is this correct? Thanks
