Hello everyone!
I need some suggestions and knowledge about this topic. I'm from Brazil, and I'm freelancing to a company located in Ireland. I tried to use the Swift Code, sometimes called BIC Code, and my IBAN from my bank here in Brazil (Banco do Brasil)as the way of they transfer my payment, but they couldn't accomplish it. My money was never transferred. So, they sent me a cheque by mail.
I want to know: what are the best ways for a Brazilian to get his payment transferred electronically?

Thanks!

How about opening a Paypal account or one with Money Brokers. I got a Paypal account when I was working for someone in Singapore. It works well and you pay less conversion charges.
