Hi all,

I have been contacted to train some volunteers to the work they would be doing as interpreters during the Rugby World Cup.
I am quite familiar with the job as I have done it previously for other events but have never had to provide a quote for it as I was an employee of the organising committee each time.

I have been asked to provide two quotes:
- one for creating the training concept and material,
- one for the training sessions themselves.... See more
Hi all,

I have been contacted to train some volunteers to the work they would be doing as interpreters during the Rugby World Cup.
I am quite familiar with the job as I have done it previously for other events but have never had to provide a quote for it as I was an employee of the organising committee each time.

I have been asked to provide two quotes:
- one for creating the training concept and material,
- one for the training sessions themselves.

35 volunteers will be trained on two sessions of 5/6 hours. I can manage to define a daily rate for the training sessions but I really do not have any idea of what to charge for creating the concept and material.

Can anyone help?

Maryline
