Debt collector in France

I need help of a debt collector to collect overdue payment for translation service rendered to two different agencies in France.
One party point-blank rejects (and that too after two months!) my work without giving me the corrected matter, the other does not bother to reply.
Does anyone know of such an entity who can help me recover my rightful, legitimate dues?

I know their debt collection agency in Croatia (Coface Intercredit); they are very efficient and highly recommendable!
