Off topic: Looking for a suitable witty marriage text/poem...(English and/or Croatian) Thread poster: Evert DELOOF-SYS

Friends of ours are getting married tomorrow and I'm supposed to write and/or say something, in English. Even though I'm not really at a loss for words, I'd still appreciate getting some hints in English and/or Croatian. Something witty, humorous and sincere would suit me nicely. And no, hardly any of the hints, tips, suggestions thru Google and other search engines work. Anyone?

Or should I tried to translate it. Something like this: Marriage is like a merry-go-round: you can't wait to get on to it, but once you're up - your head goes in a whirl. I know it's not what you want, but I'll find something before the music starts. Cheers!

3. Back in a sec ((Sorry, couldn't find what I was looking for.
