Alright, I would have loved to post this elsewhere, since "Off Topic" is for topics "not related to language," while this short story IS.. Oh well.

You probably have heard by now of Mr. Edward Teller (Teller Ede) passing away. I found this gem on a newsgroup.
"There is a story that at one of the meetings at Los Alamos, Feynman was absent and Fermi had to leave the room for some reason. At this point one of the remaining physicists in the room said:

Jo'l van, most folytathatjuk magyarul.*"
[*Alright, now we can continue in Hungarian]
May he rest in peace.
