Off topic: where do i find romanian prison addresses?

I know this must be completely irrellevent to most of you here but i need to ask anyway.
does anybody know where i can find the addresses of prisons in romania as a friend of mine is being held there. i do not know which prison they are in because i cannot speak romanian very well. if anyone has any advice please reply to this topic as i would be so grateful.

I would contact the Romanian Embassy in London directly and solicit their help. They do know all of the addresses, they can give some advice, tell you best how to proceed and will, of course, speak English. Tell them the particulars of your friends situation and see what they say. Good Luck.

This is the institution administrating Romanian prisons. its website is http://www.anp.ro/. It does have an Englisdh version and a list is displayes at http://www.anp.ro/unit/cifre_1_e.htm
