The lyrics you've written are rather mistaken. If you want some other Old Macedonian Traditional songs I have a collection which I can share with you.

I knew that Šar planina is in Macedonia and that this is a song from Macedonia but I just wasn't thinking.

Yes I agree especially the "Navali se sar planina" song is an old traditional Macedonian music not Serbian or Bosnian. I know that for sure I am a Macedonian Turkish and I have grown up with this song my parents also grown up with this song. And the original lyrics is little bit different as it has been written here. The version of this song can also be checked with Aleksander Sarievski who sings this.
