Hi! Here is Manuela from Italy. I'd like to spend some time in USA, in particular in Salt Lake City (UT) just for 10 months. I need help in order to find a job there. Can someone help me?

Take a look at http://www.aipt.org/ (Association for International Practical Training). They sponsor on-the-job training programs with J-1 visas for up to 18 months. I worked as an AIPT trainee in the US for a year before getting married. AIPT guides applicants through the visa paperwork and can also assist with housing.
