In archive.org you can find full-length movies ready to be downloaded. 100% legal. Of course you won't find the latest Tom Cruise movie, instead you can download jewels like Nosferatu www.archive.org/details/nosferatu or The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari www.archive.org/details/DasKabinettdesDoktorCaligariTheCabinetofDrCaligari. The reason they're free: no copyright. Check the whole site for wonderful surprises.
