I allready used 1 year international driving licence and now turist in London.
Can I drive in UK.?

Shouldn't be a problem with your international driving licence - even if you only had a Croatian licence it would probably be ok (as far as I could see from the website below).

You should also be aware that you are supposed to pay £8 per day to drive in certain areas of central London. How they enforce that if your car happens to have a Croatian registration I really couldn't say....
