airport to Via Aurelia, 337 ? What train / Metro station do I get off?

If you can guide me to an online map of Rome, that would be most useful.

Please write to me at [email protected]

Thank you!
Cecilia

That's a Google map search.
You just need to enter Via Aurelia 337, Rome.
As you can see there is a nearby Metro station.

The route can look quite complicated.. May 17, 2007

I attach the link to the site of the Roman local transport company where you can search for public transport from any address to any other.

Maybe the easiest way... May 17, 2007

... is to get a coach or a train from the airport to Termini train station (fares are not expensive, if compared to cabs). From Termini train station, take the subway (Metro A) to the Baldo degli Ubaldi call. Via Aurelia 337 is not far from there.

I won't suggest to use buses once you are in Termini, their routes are not always easy to figure out.

Many thanks to all of you. If I don't find my way around with all this, that would make me a dumb clot!

1) take the train from Fiumicino airport and get off at Trastevere Station

2) at Trastevere Station take the train to Viterbo and get off at Valle Aurelia; you should not wait longer than 15 min, at least until 8 or 9 pm; but you need a different ticket, IIRC (the easiest way might be buying it at the newspapers vendor's)

3) At Valle Aurelia, go downstairs and take the underground (metro) train to Baldo degli Ubaldi - just one stop away (or maybe two), same ticket (it's

4) from the Metro station Baldo degli Ubaldi, check:

It's a short walk.

All in all it may take between 60 and 90 min, I'd say, depending on you luck...

Have fun - and do not forget to check the dates of pow-wow - I think there are 2 scheduled in Rome in the next few months
