British got Irish, French got ces Belges, Germans the Danes (or is the other way around...)

... and now Finnish should stand in for European laughingstock...

On the second thought ... why not?! They are smart enough to be the last to laugh.

Very popular now Aug 26, 2007

Yesterday our leading newspaper proudly announced, that this video is presently the most viewed one in the world.
Previously this was considered the most laughable music-video:

At least they tried - to dance to the music I mean. Usually Finnish artists just stand on one spot when performing. Fortunately they learned their lesson, otherwise Lordi would not have won the Eurovision contest last year. Just cut out Finnish dancing, only walk.

Gee! Aug 26, 2007

The original is quite horrible, indeed, but this!
And Vito... "ces belges"... beware, I'm one of them!

Wonderful! Aug 26, 2007

Thank you both, Claudia and Heinrich...not sure which one is better! In the romantic love video the members of the dancing team look like a bunch of obedient children performing in an end-of-school show in front of their parents, with the instructor behind the scenes gesticulating to them and whispering something like: "Come on children! Don't forget to smile! Well done, yes, that was the right move!" They are sooo akward! In the other one the singer is irrestistible, the dancers robot-style and the players look like they need a strong cup of coffee to stay awake...
