Dear all,

I've just put down "Celestine Prophecy" by James Redfied (my favourite-ever book which I have read about ten times) and looking for some ideas what to get next. Would you mind to share what you are reading theses days?

Rad

What are you reading at the moment Aug 26, 2007

I am currently reading "The Germ that causes Cancer" by Doug Kaufmann.

Next I am planning to read something 'lighter' like the "Da Vinci Code" in French.

Great thread!

the biography of Bruno Bettelheim Aug 26, 2007

The book I'm reading now is "The creation of Dr. B", a biography of Bettelheim written by R. Pollack... who is not particularly fond of him.
Fascinating and frightening at the same time!

The Little Friend Aug 26, 2007

by Donna Tartt, which I'm really enjoying. I also enjoyed her other book, The Secret History.

Before this I read Philip Reeve's Mortal Engines - it's an award winning children's book and it kept me up until 2am. Next on the list is Brainwash, the secret history of mind control, by Dominic Streatfield.

Well, I was reading a nice book translated into Arabic on bioethics and genetic engineering. But I had to stop after my professor gave me this "nicer" book for my master research. I have to read it at least twice before claiming that I understand the discussed techniques pretty well.
