While browsing youtube I just came across this video:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=xpmug6ODaWc&feature=related

Have you seen it before? My 7-month baby girl just started singing when she heard it. I guess she has no language barriers yet. I personally fell in love with the French and Italian parts...

Fantastic! Jan 17, 2008

I loved it, and so did the kids!
Shame they didn't include the (Egyptian) Arabic version, but good job nevertheless!

PS I found the complete Arabic song here, if anyone's interested http://youtube.com/watch?v=Zh3hM5AmeuY&feature=related

And lots more! Jan 17, 2008

You got me hooked Biliana!
It turns out there are multilanguage versions of all the Lion King songs! Check here http://youtube.com/results?search_query=lion%20king%20multilanguage&search=Search

And I was glad to find some Arabic in some of them, so there was no need to feel discriminated against!

Nesrin, if you're looking, YouTube has tons of Disney videos/songs in Arabic. My girls just watched some songs from Mulan and Mulan II in Hebrew and I found all the same ones in Arabic as well.

Yes, thanks Juliana, I've been watching some with the kids just now. The lyrics are sometimes extremely colloquial which makes them hilarious!

My kids think their hysterical! I must sat though, they do a good job- better than some of the kids' DVDs I've seen dubbed into Hebrew which are just ridiculous.
