I received an English document, Powerpoint slides. The slides must be translated into Spanish and the footnotes must remain in English. Is it possible to set a Spanish-only feature JUST for the slides and another English-only for the notes? It's quite boring to skip the English words when checking the Spanish section and viceversa.

Thank in advance!

Try setting the appropriate language (English or Spanish) for each section of text and it should use the dictionary for that language when going through those sections. That would work in MS Word, anyway, I'm not sure about PPT, but it's worth a try.

Now if you want to use "search and replace" it is more complicated, but can be done.
