I need spellcheckers for specific subjects (in this case medical English and Italian spellcheckers) - can you recommend any? (I use Office 2000)

...try Stedman's medical and pharmaceutical spellchecker:

This software comes in different packaging sets (standard, premium, multi-user, etc.).

I don't know any Italian medical spellchecker.
