Using Korean and Chinese in vCard Files (VCF) in Outlook

Can anyone out there confirm that anyone with a Korean or Chinese version of Outlook will see the interface for vCard Files in their local language? (for example, the tabs and field names such as 'name', 'title', 'business address' etc.)
