Hi All

We are sending a MS-Word File (created in 2003)to one of our client in NL, but they are failed to open the file. We have advised them, as generally we do at our best to our clients.

They are trying to open this file under MS-Word 2002, but failed. Recently we sent some other file to some other person in UK, and they are openeing it perfectly, can't say on which version.

Please advice what we should do.

Regards
Deependra

Can you say exactly what happens when they try to open the file? It's hard to determine what should be done based on "it fails". And also, what have you tried already?

versions Dec 12, 2005

Hi,
I had a similar problem recently. I guess it was a conflict of MS Word versions (2002 - XP). Try to save your document as RTF format. (File - Save as...)and send it to your client again. I hope it will help.

Regards

Jan
