Converting PDFs to Word 2003

Can anyone recommend (from personal experience) a tool for converting PDFs to MS Word 2003 format that does not corrupt the layout or simple tables? Many thanks, Ben.

Do not let the program recognise the layout automatically (define the text, image and table areas manually) to get the best results.

Dear Colleague,

The former is another option for conversion. It's free for 30 days, so it's worthwhile a try.
SolidConverter is indeed very good too.
My suggestion: try several in a trial, then decide.
