When I place my cursor on the text changed by me, there is no box which suggests that this change was made by me at such and such time. Earlier, I used to have this box, but it has vanished recently for unknown reasons. I went to tools-------->options------>track changes but there is no command to select that my name and time should appear on the changes made be on the text. How can I fix this problem?

I have Windows XP and Office XP.

Thanks in advance for your valuable help.

Go to Tools, select "Options" and then select the View tab. There you can click "on" for the "Screen Tips" box and that should bring back the boxes... (Let me know if it doesn't work ...)
