Dear MS Word experts,

Recently I have reinstalled Windows (XP) and Office (XP) to get rid of virus that had made my computer slow. I have also installed a virus cleaner named 'CCleaner'. Now my computer is fine and I am quite happy with the speed and performance. However, when I started working on MS Word, I found that the customised keyboard does not work when I close Word and after sometime start working opening a new Word file. I thought that it is due to my CCleaner that deletes the customised keyboard commands and unchecked relevant portions but still I see that I have to customise keyboards from tools menu each time I open a new word file after closing it. I even reinstalled Office XP and that does not solve my problem. Another point is that when I installed Office 2000 in my computer, the customised keyboard commands work properly.

My question is that whether the problem lies with my Office XP but I have been using it for one year and over the period I installed and reinstalled several times and this kind of problem never arose.

Can anyone help me?
