Seit einer Weile kann ich Access Datenbanken weder anlegen noch öffnen.

Wegen eines Signaturproblems:



AppName: msaccess.exe AppVer: 10.0.4302.0 ModName: msaccess.exe

ModVer: 10.0.4302.0 Offset: 00209bbe



Eine Deinstallation und Neu- hat nichts gebracht. Und meine Suche bei der knowledge base von MS auch nicht



Merkwüdigerweise lassen sich aber meine TM (*.mdb) in... See more

Kürzlich hatte ich ein Problem mit Word - das eigentlich keines war - und brauchte Rat.

Die Reaktion von MS war: man rief mich zurück und versuchte eine passende Lösung zu finden. Es wurde zwar keine Lösung für meine spezifische Anfrage gefunden - das lag aber eindeutig an der Tatsache, dass ich Word ein Verhalten abgewöhnen wollte, das für die Seitendarstellung absolut erforderlich ist und daher nicht abgeschaltet werden kann.

Es wurde zwar keine Lösung für meine spezifische Anfrage gefunden - das lag aber eindeutig an der Tatsache, dass ich Word ein Verhalten abgewöhnen wollte, das für die Seitendarstellung absolut erforderlich ist und daher nicht abgeschaltet werden kann.

Dem MS Support kann ich persönlich nur die besten Noten ausstellen. Entweder werden Probleme direkt am Telefon gelöst, oder per E-Mail Lösungen vorgeschlagen, oder sogar ein Rückruf getätig.



Einen Versuch ist es auf jeden Fall wert.

Die Nr. des kostenpflichtigen Service (und auch des kostenlosen - das hängt von Deiner Situation ab, denn falls noch nicht genutzt, müsstest Du eigentlich Anspruch auf kostenlosen Support haben) kannst Du hier finden:

... werde ich wohl machen; die Hilfe von MS habe ich bisher nicht in Anspruch genommen. Und es ist lästig, meine - vor dem Kauf von SDLX - angelegten Datenbanken, wo ich meine frühere drei-sprachige Terminologie habe, nur über Umwege einsehen zu können.

First of all my German isn\'t very good so if I understood the problem properly the following link might be helpful. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;328019 Although this doesn\'t talk about opening databases directly it does mention a particular problem with the databases and certain files not getting updated properly when the Service Packs are installed. If the files are not properly updated typically in the Microsoft world a wide array of problems with many different manifestations can occur and this could be one of those situations. If I didn\'t understand your posting exactly right I don\'t think too much was lost. ▲ Collapse
