in diffrerent parts of document. I mean is there any method to do this and have text in part B (say) actualized automatically with changes made in part A

Use cross references and bookmarks

Just bookmark the text in part A, which you wanna have automatically adapted in part B, and assign a bookmark to that text. In part B, instead of typing, insert a cross reference to this bookmark. This should work both in Word and in OpenOffice.
