Połączenie tłumaczeń i pracy technika.

Mam jednak kłopot, bo nie rozumiem zdania:
Mogą być kobiety (utrzymanie sterylności pracy).

Czyli: czyżby nie-kobiety nie gwarantowały utrzymania sterylności pracy?
Jako nie-kobieta czuję się zdumiony, a nawet zaniepokojony. Czy może ktoś rozumie, o co chodzi?

oferują "pracę w charakterze tłumacza konstrukcji energetycznych w Niemczech, Francji, Holandii. lub Norwegii" - to już druga specjalizacja po tłumaczu-instruktorze spawania.

Dawniej to stanowisko nazywało się "konserwator powierzchni poziomych i pionowych"
